DESCRIPTION:Sign Up Here\nAbout\nJoin us for our highly anticipated 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training program\, where you will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. \nEven if you’re not looking to become a certified teacher\, our training program provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga and experience a profound shift in your life. Led by instructors Kevin Sapp and Summer Darvichi\, our program provides a supportive and nurturing environment for growth and learning.  Through a comprehensive curriculum that covers yoga philosophy\, physical and yoga anatomy\, pranayama\, meditation techniques\, and more\, you will gain a deep understanding of Kundalini Yoga and its transformative power. \nWho Should Attend?\nThis program is designed for existing yoga teachers and students\, new students\, and anyone looking to explore the profound teachings of Kundalini Yoga. \nOpen to individuals of all skill levels\, our training program welcomes both experienced yogis and beginners alike. Whether you have a background in yoga or are completely new to the practice\, we tailor our program to meet you where you are and guide you towards unlocking your untapped potential. \nPlease see the schedule and cost information below\, and if you would like to apply\, please fill out the electronic form below\, and we will email you a link to our online application. \nSchedule and Cost\nWe will meet 10 weekends for a total fo 20 days from 10:00am – 6:00pm and seven Fridays from 6:00pm until 9:00pm between September 2024 and January 2025. Please see the bottom of the page for the detailed schedule. There are two ways to participate in the program and a couple of different payment options. Please see below. \nCost Options\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nKundalini Yoga Teacher Training – RYT200\n\n\nStudents who complete this program and all requirements will be eligible for an RYT200 certification through Yoga Alliance.
